Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Concept demo. Solstice is a fictional desert retreat created to demonstrate web design. These terms cover this demonstration site only.

What this site is

• A static design demo. Nothing here is an offer, a reservation, or a promise of service. The booking-inquiry form is a visual demonstration — it does not create a booking or contact anyone.
• All content is illustrative fiction. Suite rates, amenities, experiences, FAQs, and every other detail on this site were made up for the demo.

Acceptable use

• Browse, read, and evaluate the design — that's what it's for.
• Don't try to break it, scrape it at abusive rates, or pass it off as a real business.
• Don't rely on anything on this page: rates, availability, and experiences are not real.

No warranties, no liability

This demo is provided as is, with no guarantees of any kind. We are not liable for anything that results from using or relying on a fictional demonstration site.

Changes

These terms may change as the site changes. The current version always lives on this page.
